Procurement is backbone of every technical orginization. This college has eight teaching departmentsand and various non teaching departments like administration, arboriculture, sports, estate and staff colony. Main store plays vital role to meet the requerements of all these departments. All the materials purchased as per PPRA rules.
1- To receive the purchased matirial.
2- Stock entry of the purchase material.
3- Issuance of the purchased material to the concerned department.
4- Receiving of un-serviceable tools / machinery and equipments from all the departments.
5- Report the principal for auction of scrap and un-serviceable tools, machinery and equipments.
6- Facilitate purchase and auction committees.
